北京商报讯（记者 马换换 王蔓蕾）5月6日晚间，ST新潮（600777）披露公告称，公司于当日收到证监会的《立案告知书》，因未按规定期限披露定期报告（2024年年报），证监会决定对公司立案。
ST新潮表示，公司将积极配合证监会的相关工作，并严格按照规定及监管要求履行信息披露义务。目前公司经营情况正常。
