5月6日，创业慧康（300451）发布公告，公司5%以上股东葛航解除质押526万股，占其所持股份的2.56%及公司总股本的0.34%；同时再次质押526万股。截至公告披露日，葛航累计质押股份为2.05亿股，占其所持股份的99.99%及公司总股本的13.24%。
2025年一季度，创业慧康实现收入2.90亿元，归母净利润-1565万元。
