5月6日，威领股份（002667）发布公告，截止至公告披露日，公司及控股子公司在过去十二个月内累计诉讼、仲裁事项涉案金额共计6177万元，占公司2024年度经审计归母净资产3.65亿元的16.90%。其中，作为被告的涉案金额为694万元，作为原告的涉案金额为5483万元。
2025年一季度，威领股份实现收入6121万元，归母净利润-2499万元。
