5月6日，汤姆猫（300459）发布公告，控股股东朱志刚将其持有的300万股办理质押，占其所持股份的0.98%及公司总股本的0.09%；截至公告披露日，朱志刚累计质押3.02亿股，占其持股比例98.56%。
2025年一季度，汤姆猫实现收入2.47亿元，归母净利润295万元。
