近日，济宁名城小编相关渠道获悉，根据行政处罚决定书文号济水罚字〔2025〕2号了解到，兖矿能源集团股份有限公司济宁二号煤矿未经水行政主管部门批准，擅自堤下采煤造成堤防塌陷，依据《中华人民共和国防洪法》第五十五条，被处以罚款5万元。
