玲珑轮胎5月6日公告，公司控股股东玲珑集团计划自公告披露之日起6个月内，通过上海证券交易所集中竞价交易方式增持公司股份，拟增持金额不低于2亿元，不超过3亿元。本次增持不设价格区间，增持资金来源为自有资金和自筹资金（包含股票增持专项再贷款）。玲珑集团承诺在增持计划实施期间及法定期限内不减持所持有的公司股份。
