华鲁恒升5月6日公告，公司收到中国银行德州分行的《贷款承诺函》，承诺提供不超过2.7亿元的专项贷款用于公司股票回购。回购资金总额不低于2亿元且不超过3亿元，回购价格不超过32.38元/股。回购期限为股东大会审议通过之日起12个月内。回购股份将全部注销以减少公司注册资本。
