5月1日，有网友反映，天津航空从海口飞往郑州的GS7437航班在经停贵州遵义机场时，在空中盘旋14圈才降落，不知道机上的乘客在空中有没有晕机的感觉。
5月2日，天津航空客服回应极目新闻记者称，当天飞机在遵义上空盘旋多圈系因天气原因导致。执飞遵义至郑州航线时，也是因当地天气原因，起飞延误。
