4月30日，据国家金融监督管理总局重庆监管局行政处罚信息披露，原中国华融资产管理股份有限公司重庆分公司，因高估不良债权价值，实质是为企业提供融资；不良资产认定依据不充分、收购不洁净；虚假认定实质性重组；低估不良债权实际价值并向原债务人重组方进行转让；通过借新还旧、虚假处置方式掩盖不良，期间弱化抵质押措施造成重大损失。被罚款180万元。
