格隆汇4月30日丨宝钛股份(600456.SH)公布，公司董事、总经理、总工程师陈战乾先生因工作变动原因，于近日向公司董事会提交书面辞职报告，辞去公司总经理、总工程师职务。辞职后，陈战乾先生继续担任董事职务。陈战乾先生的辞职不会对公司日常运营产生不利影响，其辞职报告自送达公司董事会之日起生效。截至本公告日，陈战乾先生未持有公司股份。
