北京商报讯（记者 张天元）4月30日，北京商报记者了解到，瑞幸咖啡发布公告称，郭谨一将不再担任董事会主席一职，但将继续担任首席执行官及董事会成员。与此同时，董事会已批准任命黎辉回归公司担任董事并出任董事会主席。据了解，黎辉是瑞幸咖啡最大股东大钲资本的董事长兼首席执行官，在2020年7月之前黎辉曾担任瑞幸咖啡董事。
