近日，中建八局承建的闻泰无锡智能制造产业园项目正式启用。
项目位于江苏省无锡市新吴区，总建筑面积约30万平方米，包含41个单体，项目按照国际顶级标准建设，配备最先进的自动化生产设备，可实现智能终端年产能2500万台、SiP及封装器件年产能25亿颗，建成后将形成千亿级智能终端与半导体产业集群。（中建八局供稿）
