特朗普政府正研究修改AI芯片限制规则，取消之前拜登指定的分层限制措施，将AI芯片纳入到贸易谈判的筹码里，类似配额制度，谈的好就多给配额，谈的不好就少给或者不给配额。
上海光机所林楠团队宣布突破了极紫外EUV光源平台，离造出EUV光刻机又近了一步。
