当地时间4月29日，美国发生两起坠机事故，造成2人死亡、1人受伤。
据悉，美国佛罗里达州一架双座小型飞机于当日上午坠入新月湖，机长和副驾驶已安全从飞机中救出，均未受伤。
此外，美国阿拉斯加州南瓦莱克于28日发生一起小飞机坠毁事件，造成2人死亡、1人重伤。目前，尚未公布坠机原因的详细信息。（央视新闻）
