4月28日，是周建路带着患有小儿麻痹症的母亲外出“看世界”的第12天。
32岁的周建路来自沧州，其母亲是先天性的小儿麻痹症，嫁到他们村了以后就没出去过，他把电动三轮车改成简单的小房子，带着妈妈去过了沧州、河间、衡水。
他表示：“只要母亲开心，就会一直走下去。”
