人民财讯4月29日电，海南高速(000886)4月29日晚间公告，公司控股股东海南交投拟采用集中竞价方式，以银行信贷资金和自有资金择机增持公司股份，增持金额为4000万元至4500万元。海南交投已取得工商银行海南省分行出具的承诺函，承诺为海南交投提供金额为不超过4500万元的专项贷款支持。
