智通财经APP获悉，据中国铁路消息，铁路五一假期运输今日全面启动，自4月29日至5月6日，为期8天，全国铁路预计发送旅客1.44亿人次、同比增长4.9%，客流最高峰为5月1日。今年五一假期，旅客探亲、旅游、踏青等出行意愿强烈，客流呈现出行总量大、头尾高度集中、中间中短途客流增多的特点。
