人民财讯4月28日电，天眼查信息显示，目前瑞银证券的市场主体类型已由“中外合资”变更为“外资独资”，即瑞银在瑞银证券的股权比例进一步由67%增持至100%，实现全资控股瑞银证券。
此前在3月28日，瑞银证券表示，中国证监会已对瑞银成为瑞银证券唯一股东的事项准予备案，瑞银将收购北京市国有资产经营有限责任公司所持有瑞银证券的33%股权。
