市商务委介绍，2024年，在首发上海2.0版政策带动下，上海举办各类品牌首发活动近3000场，新增首店1269家(其中全球及亚洲在内的高能级首店216家)。今年，本市再次升级推出首发上海3.0版政策，共有十项支持措施，其中新增三项，延续实施七项。详见↓
