4月27日，中电联、德国莱茵 TÜV 、鉴衡、爱旭股份、隆基绿能在北京联合发布《BC 技术行业白皮书》。上述白皮书指出，当前BC技术电池量产效率突破27%，较 TOPCon（隧穿氧化层钝化接触）电池量产效率领先1.6%，技术成熟度与成本竞争力已直逼传统路线；其理论效率极限 29.1%逼近晶硅理论效率天花板。
