亨通光电4月24日晚间公告，由于剥离后亨通华海运营时间较短，基于谨慎考虑，公司拟暂缓筹划分拆上市。公司将在亨通华海运行一段时间后再行考虑分拆事宜。本次暂缓筹划分拆子公司上市不会对公司造成实质性影响，不会对公司现有生产经营活动造成不利影响，也不会影响公司未来的发展战略。
