据报道，丰田汽车旗下日野汽车与戴姆勒卡车子公司三菱扶桑卡客车正着手敲定合并协议。据悉，这两家汽车集团计划为卡车业务部门成立一家控股公司，并于2026年4月在东京证券交易所的主板市场上市。
