人民财讯4月18日电，中信建投研报称，3月单月全国商品房销售面积同比下降0.9%，降幅较1—2月收窄4.2个百分点，止跌回稳成效持续显现。销售改善更多体现在高能级城市，同时销售增速仍处于负的区间，市场企稳势头需要进一步巩固。房企保持在核心城市的较高拿地热情，一二线城市的宅地出让溢价率保持高位；同时房企开工热情也出现明显改善，3月新开工面积降幅大幅收窄。
