4月17日，承德银行发布公告称，为切实保障客户的资金安全，有效防范电信网络新型违法犯罪，该行将于2025年5月17日起，关闭手机银行预约取款服务，保留ATM刷脸取款服务。客户也可持该行银行卡，通过带有银联标识的ATM或前往该行营业网点办理取款业务。
