格隆汇4月17日｜特朗普征收25%汽车关税下，日产汽车计划在其最大的美国生产工厂最大限度地提高产量。日产美洲公司董事长Christian Meunier表示，关税将加速公司原本需要的增加国内产量的计划，以帮助扭转其陷入困境的美国业务。Meunier称，公司位于田纳西州的工厂占地600万平方英尺，年产量达64万辆汽车。
