来自江西南昌的又一家烧烤，在2025CHA中国美食烹饪锦标赛——烧烤出品创新专项赛获得团体特金奖与个人特金奖。江西头部餐饮媒体“贺华平聊餐饮”认为，江西烧烤首次在国家级赛事上的精彩表现，预示江西餐饮除了江西小炒、江西米粉会有越来越多的品类在全国餐饮界唱响前进声。
