北京商报讯（记者 孔文燮）4月15日，中粮包装发布公告称，华瑞凤泉发展有限公司将于2025年4月17日完成对中粮包装的强制收购，并撤销其在联交所的上市地位。此举标志着华瑞及其一致行动方将持有中粮包装100%的权益，中粮包装私有化进程即将完成。
