4月15日，丰田汽车公司与蜀道投资集团有限责任公司、四川蜀道装备科技股份有限公司就成立合资公司签订合作协议。各方将整合优势资源，在氢燃料电池相关生产、销售及商业化应用方面展开深度合作。合资公司预计在年内正式成立并投产运营，计划运用TPS丰田生产方式打造本土化生产体系。
