人民财讯4月14日电，斯莱克(300382)4月14日晚间公告，公司与江西分宜工业园区管理委员会签订了《苏州斯莱克精密结构件项目（二期）投资协议书》，项目总投资约1.6亿元，建设电池壳体、PACK钣金结构件等数字智能化生产线，项目实施主体为公司在分宜工业园区的项目公司。
