北京时间4月14日，大连鲲城官方宣布，任命赵发庆为球队执行主教练。
大连鲲城在官方公告中写道：“经俱乐部讨论决定，任命赵发庆为大连鲲城队执行主教练。 ”
目前大连鲲城1胜2平1负积5分位列中甲第10位。
赵发庆在2024赛季带领大连鲲城冲甲，本赛季西班牙教练奥斯卡成为球队主帅，赵发庆转任一线队顾问。
