4月14日，中国银行间市场交易商协会发布声明称，近期，有不法分子多次伪造协会公文、公章，作出虚假的“批复”、“回函”等文件实施诈骗，严重影响协会形象和声誉，扰乱银行间市场秩序，造成恶劣社会影响。协会已采取法律行动，依法向公安机关报案，追究其法律责任。
