人民财讯4月14日电，企查查APP显示，近日，星尘智能（深圳）有限公司发生工商变更，新增蚂蚁科技集团股份有限公司全资子公司上海云玚企业管理咨询有限公司为股东。公开资料显示，星尘智能主张“Design for AI”，致力于通过软硬件一体化系统架构，打造具备人类级操作能力的AI机器人助理，推动通用具身智能技术在各行业的规模化应用。
