4月14日，韩国木浦地方海事安全法庭表示，去年11月该法庭就2014年“‘世越’号客轮倾覆事故”作出裁决，认定事故系因舵机故障等船体内部原因所致。该法庭表示，由于缺乏外力作用的确凿证据，其排除了“世越”号因与潜艇相撞等外部原因倾覆的可能性。
