人民财讯4月13日电，江铃汽车(000550)4月13日晚间公告，公司拟以集中竞价方式回购A股股份，回购资金总额不低于1.5亿元且不超过2亿元。回购价格不超过22.00元/股，回购期限为自董事会审议通过之日起不超过12个月。回购股份将用于实施员工持股计划或股权激励，如未能在36个月内使用完毕，未使用的股份将被注销。
