民宿酒店案例 | 满园庭园：抽象几何的秩序中保持野性、构成一家人户外生活的载体

一、项目背景 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

基地是一处别墅院内的一方空地，周围是中国房地产典型的仿欧式独栋别墅群。现代建筑因为完备的设施，极大地满足了室内的温湿度的舒适的要求，但建筑也因此有了一道明确的气候边界，切断了室内外的联系，也切断了自然和生活的连续。这是一处为私人而建的城市庭园。作为城市的一隅，我们希望在这个小小的空间中，将丰富的自然装满整个庭园。

The site is an open space in a villa compound, surrounded by a cluster of European-style single-family villas typical of Chinese real estate. Modern buildings, because of their complete facilities, greatly meet the requirements of indoor temperature and humidity comfort, but the building also has a clear climate boundary, cutting off the connection between indoor and outdoor, but also cut off the continuity of nature and life. This is an urban garden built for private use. As a corner of the city, we hope to fill the whole garden with abundant nature in this small space.

二、设计策略 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

这里并没有将该项目简单的定义为是园林还是建筑，过分简单的定义只会陷入狭隘的想象。我们的目的只是希望建立一个可以独处的安静场所，容纳一片真实的自然，重新将室内封闭的生活引到户外，可以给人以庇护，也可以让人游走其中。

庭园中间四方形的场地，是一个相对独立的空间，顶部的遮蔽提供了生活舒适与惬意。庭园中间露出一方天空，阳光和雨雪都将在这里轮番上演。天空下的一方土地，我们将山野的树木植被引入其中，保持最朴拙的野性。在这个精致的城市空间中，在这个抽象几何的秩序中保持野性，自然会摆脱原生自然的荒蛮之气。

Here, the project is not simply defined as a garden or a building, too simple definition will only fall into the narrow imagination. Our aim is simply to create a quiet place where we can be alone, to contain a piece of real nature, to re-introduce the enclosed life inside to the outdoors, to give people shelter, but also to let people walk in it.

The square site in the middle of the garden is a relatively independent space, and the shelter at the top provides comfort and coziness. There is a sky in the middle of the garden, where sunshine and rain and snow will take turns. A land under the sky, into which we bring the trees and vegetation of the mountains, and preserve the most primitive wildness. To remain wild in this exquisite urban space, in this abstract geometric order, will naturally get rid of the wild gas of the original nature.

两侧向北做了一个空间转换，通过楼梯和顶部空间的向上拉起，延展出瘦窄的辅园。这里没有顶棚，因此明亮，和中心庭园保持着不一样的明暗关系，且布满了山石和山野移栽来的植物。庭园的结构是纤细而密集的合成竹，密集结构的交叉组合形成了空间的隔断，如同竹篱，形成了柔和的边界。空间的内部施以木质的衬板，外部则以轻薄利落的耐候铝板覆盖。

自然是难以度量的。因其丰富且不断变化的特质，自然给空间提供了丰富性。庭园里大到树木、山石，小到花草，都是从山野移来的，尽可能摒弃人工培育的苗圃植物。而庭园的架构则将自然进行几何化、秩序化，消除了自然的荒蛮感，让自然的细节得以被发现，所释放的生命力可以在不经意间被觉察。片段的自然是真实的，是野性的，不希望因为人工的移植而失去生命力和丰富性。

The two sides make a spatial conversion to the north, through the staircase and the upper space to pull up, extending the narrow auxiliary garden. There is no roof, so it is bright, and maintains a different light and shade relationship with the central garden, and is full of rocks and plants transplanted from the mountains.

The structure of the garden is thin and dense synthetic bamboo, and the cross combination of dense structures forms a partition of the space, like a bamboo fence, forming a soft boundary. The interior of the space is lined with wooden panels, while the exterior is covered with thin and crisp weather-resistant aluminum panels. Nature is hard to measure. Because of its rich and ever-changing nature, nature provides richness to the space. In the garden, large trees, rocks, and small flowers are all moved from the mountains, and artificial nursery plants are abandoned as much as possible. The structure of the garden geometrizes and orders the nature, eliminating the wild sense of nature, allowing the details of nature to be discovered, and the vitality released can be inadvertently perceived. The nature of fragments is real, is wild, and does not want to lose vitality and richness because of artificial transplantation.

庭园的结构是纤细而密集的合成竹，密集结构的交叉组合形成了空间的隔断，如同竹篱，形成了柔和的边界，空间的内部施以木质的衬板，外部则以耐候轻薄利落的铝板覆盖，石板做成的“桥”穿越不同的空间，时而架在竹结构之间，时而跨越山石，行走其间，在秩序与野性之间移步换景。

三、空间调性 | RESIDENTIAL DESIGN

野生的丰富与现代几何空间的叠加使其鲜活而不失优雅和体面。将自然独立于高密度的城市空间，成为一个独立的世界，屏蔽城市的喧嚣。这些被整合为一个连续且整体的“亭”“廊”构成了一家人户外生活的载体，遮风避雨的同时，四面屋檐之下也创造出了空间的明暗关系，中间突出了自然，格外明亮，成为了日常视觉的中央。

从任何角度都可以看到一个有层次和秩序的画面，一个真实的自然片段，被几何的秩序构建为全新的语境。自然的丰富性因此更容易被感知，自然的变化在日常的生活中不断上演，一年四季尽收眼底。

The superposition of wild abundance and modern geometric space makes it alive with elegance and decency. The nature is independent of the high-density urban space, becoming an independent world, shielding the noise of the city. These are integrated into a continuous and integral "pavilion" and "corridor" constitute the carrier of outdoor life of the family. While sheltering from wind and rain, the light and dark relationship of the space is also created under the four eaves, and the nature is highlighted in the middle, which is especially bright and becomes the center of daily vision.
