近日，中国香港籍“华洋玫瑰”轮满载着7.7万余吨国产大型工程车辆、精密钢卷及成套设备，在天津塘沽大沽口港区鸣笛启航。“华洋玫瑰”轮将跨越重洋抵达坦桑尼亚、赞比亚等国家，为非洲国家基础设施建设提供新动能。
