北京商报讯（记者 李秀梅）4月11日，金融监管总局印发了《保险集团并表监督管理办法》（以下简称《办法》）。
《办法》提到，保险集团公司应当对整个集团实施并表管理。并表管理，是指保险集团公司对成员公司的公司治理、资本、财务、风险等进行全面持续的管控，有效识别、计量、监测和控制保险集团总体风险状况。
