近日，山东省高级人民法院印发《关于常态化扫黑除恶斗争优秀司法建议获奖情况的通报》，共评选出优秀司法建议 100 份，其中一等奖 10 份，二等奖 20 份，三等奖 30份，优秀奖 40 份。其中，枣庄市中区法院发出的《关于加强市场拆迁改造管理的司法建议》（〔2022〕鲁 0402刑建 1 号）荣获二等奖。
