西站东山姆四代旗舰店项目正在紧锣密鼓地施工。自2024年8月全面开工以来，截至目前，已完成桩基工程，正在进行基坑支护工程、土方工程施工，实施现场围挡整治提升工程。项目预计今年年底主体竣工，2026年9月底正式开业。
