4月10日，文一科技（600520）发布公告，公司将于2025年4月16日起将证券简称由“文一科技”变更为“三佳科技”，证券代码“600520”保持不变。此次变更的原因是由于公司控股股东及实际控制人于2025年1月23日发生变更，基于公司经营发展需要，完成了公司全称的变更，并已获得相关部门的营业执照。
2024年前三季度，文一科技实现收入2.34亿元，归母净利润1787万元。
