4月10日，北京科锐（002350）发布公告，截至2025年4月9日，公司累计回购股份1741万股，占总股本的3.21%，回购总金额为9997万元，回购价格区间为5.16元/股至6.14元/股。
按照本次回购方案实施完毕日公司股本结构计算，如公司回购专用证券账户的3059万股全部用于股权激励计划或员工持股计划并且全部锁定，预计股本结构变化如下：
2024年前三季度，北京科锐实现收入12.59亿元，归母净利润191万元。
