去年7月底，受台风“格美”影响，湖南资兴市多地强降雨致12.8万人受灾、2.3万间房屋受损。4月8日，又一批受灾群众领到新房钥匙。目前，当地灾后搬迁重建的4个集中安置点已全部交房。截至目前，已搬迁安置5038户，完成主汛期前首批安置目标任务。（央视新闻）
