4月9日，城发环境（000885）发布公告，董事会职工代表董事安汝杰因工作变动辞职，辞职报告自送达董事会之日起生效。公司确认安汝杰的辞职不会影响董事会的正常运作及公司经营。
为保障董事会的正常运作，公司于2025年4月7日召开2025年度第一次职工会议，选举郭予鹏为新任职工代表董事，任期至第七届董事会任期届满。
2024年前三季度，城发环境实现收入47.19亿元，归母净利润8.64亿元。
