北京商报讯（记者 宋亦桐）4月8日，光大银行发布公告指出，中国光大集团股份公司（以下简称"光大集团"）拟自本公告披露之日起12个月内，通过上海证券交易所系统以集中竞价等合法合规方式增持该行A股股份。
光大银行表示，光大集团承诺在本次增持计划实施期间及法定期限内不减持所持有的该行股份。本次增持计划实施期限不超过12个月且增持比例合计不超过2%。
