4月8日，亚普股份（603013）发布公告，董事长姜林提议使用自有资金通过集中竞价交易方式回购部分股份，回购金额在1亿元至2亿元之间，具体方案待董事会和股东大会审议通过。
2024年，亚普股份实现收入80.76亿元，归母净利润5亿元。
