近日，打拐志愿者调查了解到，浙江杭州一非法代孕机构从事取卵、移植及培育胚胎，同时还涉嫌买卖出生证明。4月7日，媒体暗访发现，在杭州市西湖区、拱墅区两处别墅内有地下手术室和实验室。4月8日杭州市卫健委通报：查封涉事场所。
