【4 月 7 日，深房中协统计数据出炉！】2025 年第 14 周全市二手房录得 1290 套，环比下降 24.7%，受清明假期影响，二手房录得量阶段性回落。截至 2025 年 4 月 7 日，全市共有 73145 套有效二手房源在售，较上周增加 1555 套。其中，龙岗较上周增加 448 套，有效在售 19193 套；南山较上周增加 293 套，有效在售 12467 套；宝安较上周增加 232 套，有效在售 13236 套。
