4月6日，湖南网红“嘉佩惠：英子”发布悼念视频，称女儿惠惠于4月5日下午永远告别了这个世界。据悉，2017年，“嘉佩惠：英子”生下了一对双胞胎女孩，但在孩子出生四个月时，双胞胎却被查出了微脑畸形。两年前，年仅6岁的姐姐佩佩突发心梗离世，父母忍着丧女之痛，捐献了大女儿的眼角膜。
