4月7日，茂名市委组织部发布市管干部任前公示通告，张学亮拟任茂名市直单位正处级领导职务。根据《党政领导干部选拔任用工作条例》等有关规定予以公示。
据公示通告显示：张学亮，男，汉族，1981年12月生，研究生，经济学硕士，中共党员，现任茂名市人民政府副秘书长、机关党组成员。
