今日晚间，大量用户反映滴滴支付系统故障，多次吞掉自己的预付款却无法成功打车。其中，多位网友贴出自己的付款截图，有的用户一人便被累计扣款超百元，却无法打车成功。对此，有滴滴客服回应新浪科技称，“您反馈的系统故障问题我们已经收到，正在加急处理中，会尽快解决，给您造成的不便非常抱歉。”（新浪科技）
